Pure Coconut oil is so mild and gentle that when applied to the skin it replenishes oils that modern day soaps and cleansers remove. Your skin will be left soft, nourished and glowing with health. Coconut oil can also be used as a natural and effective conditioner for the hair.

DIRECTIONS: Apply to the skin and gently massage in. Remove excess with cotton wool. Apply to damp hair and leave in for as long as possible prior to shampooing. Alternatively, add a small amount to your hair as you use your normal shampoo and conditioner.
