Terms and Conditions Placing, Paying & Delivery for an order on-line
Once you have chosen the items you would like to order, you must finish the transaction by providing us with credit/debit card details* which will then be charged for the outstanding amount. Once the payment has been confirmed, your order will be packed and despatched immediately (during working days/hours) – Orders are not despatched if the payment has not been made in full. If there are any problems with taking your payment, a sales member will be in touch with you either via telephone or email.
*once we have charged your credit/debit card – we erase your payment details automatically – we do not store ANY personal payment information at all!
Delivery
As our products can weigh so much, it isn't viable for us to send out your orders via Royal Mail, so instead we are making use of a UK National Courier service and they delivery goods on Mon-Fri only on a next day delivery service!
We offer UK residents next day delivery service which costs you only £6.95. You must place an order online Monday-Thursday before 2pm to receive it the following day anytime before 6pm – all orders must be signed for. You can order as many items as you wish when using the next day delivery service - it does not matter how much your parcel weighs - the delivery charge will still remain at only £6.95
DELIVERY TO EUROPE Love Afro Cosmetics are delighted to be able to offer our European customers very competitive delivery prices. All of the following prices are for delivery to Europe using DHL courier services. DHL prices their deliveries to European countries by ZONE. Please see the following ZONE list to see which Zone your country comes under. Each ZONE has a different price and we charge our customers accordingly. The prices are based on orders which do not exceed 30KG in weight. If your order does weigh more than 30KG then we will contact you and let you know how much delivery will cost. ZONE 1 Countries include: Belgium, Republic of Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands COST TO ZONE 1 £15.95 ZONE 2 Countries include: Channel Islands, France COST TO ZONE 2 £17.95 ZONE 3 Countries include: Austria, Italy, Portugal, Spain, COST TO ZONE 3 £23.25 European Orders can expect to wait up to 6 working days to be delivered
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We are very pleased to announce that as of March 1st 2011 we will now be shipping orders to the USA. This is the first time we are delivering to the States, but as there are so many customers out there that are interested in our products, we thought we had better start and meet the customers needs.
Deliveries to the USA will take up to 10 working days to reach you. We will either ship your order to you via International Recorded Delivery from Royal Mail or alternatively we will use DHL Express.
Cost to ZONE 5: USA: £35.95 for upto 2KG weight via Royal Mail Cost via DHL is the same but only upto 0.5KG weight. Refunds
Our Refund Policy is a simple one. All hair & Skin care products (excluding hair extensions or wigs) can be returned to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of their receipt! On the conditions that the products have not been opened, used or damaged in any way!
